Beat-Herder is committed to making the festival as accessible as possible to everyone that wants to come and join us.
Accessible Facilities are provided for deaf and disabled people and people with long-term conditions. They’re not intended for people with temporary conditions (e.g. recent injury) or pregnancy.
The Essential Companion Scheme provides an additional pass for someone with needs such as mobility, medical or communication who wouldn’t be able to come to the festival without bringing an essential companion with them.
Accessible applications are a 2-step process. You need to have a valid Nimbus Access Card ID number or Digital Access Pass number before you can complete the Beat-Herder Accessibility application form.
Apply For a free Digital Access Pass here.
Nimbus cards can take time to process. Make sure you apply early so that you have Nimbus Access Card/Digital Access Pass Number in plenty of time before the BH application deadline.
If you already have a Nimbus Access Card/Digital Access Pass Number you can begin your BH Accessibility Application here.
The closing date for BH accessibility applications is Friday 5th June 2026.
