Ken Evil


Manchester resident, DJ and promoter originally from Croydon, South London. Founder of seminal Dubstep event Bass Camp (2004) which first brought artists such as Skream, Digital Mystikz, Loefah, Sgt Pokes, N-Type, Caspa & Rusko, Pinch, Kromestar and Mungo’s Hi-Fi to the North West of England. Former resident selector at some of Manchester's biggest club events such as: Ape (Apollo, MCR), Religion (Sankey Soap) and The Warehouse Project as well as being an original Drum Music Collective and Stumblefunk Sound System member.

Always trying to take his audiences places they may not have been before; his sets currently mash together elements of the more familiar sounds of Grime, Dubstep, UK Funky and Drum & Bass with bass heavy sounds from around the World like Kuduro (Angola/Portugal), Gqom (South Africa) and Footwork (Chicago USA).
